Lighting Design Fees, for a complete electrical layout and specification, will be contracted,
and paid, directly to DPA Lighting Fixtures. Fees will
be based on the size and scope of the project,
and negotiated on a "job-by-job" basis. Lighting Design responsibilities shall include, but not be
limited to,
the following: A complete electrical layout, with switching, to be used for bidding purposes, or for the direct implementation
of the installation
by the on-site electrician; A complete specification list will be provided, along with all cut sheets and
prices for budget and bidding purposes; personal
service on and off the site; accessibility throughout the project; walk through
assessment of the lighting plan, and its implementation, in order to
answer any questions in advance of such installation, with
any individuals necessary to make sure that the end result is as designed and specified; and,
recommendations will be made, as
necessary, with regards to dimming control, Smart Home Integration, and any other arenas whereby "infrastructure
wiring" may
need to be considered (A/V, Security, Distributed Audio, Network wiring, Motorized Shades, etc.)
